"Tap&PlayParty" (the "App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Information We Collect The App does not require account registration and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, phone number, or email.

• Nickname: The nickname you enter is stored only on your device and is shown only to members of the same group during play. It is never sent to our servers.
• Gameplay data: Game state for matches is exchanged directly with nearby devices using Bluetooth and peer-to-peer Wi-Fi (MultipeerConnectivity). It does not pass through the internet or our servers.

1. Location, Contacts, and Similar Data The App does not access precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera. Bluetooth and the local network are used solely to communicate with nearby devices for multiplayer matches.
2. Children's Privacy The App is intended for family use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian with concerns, please contact us at the address below.
3. Data Storage and Deletion Your nickname and game records (such as win/loss counts and gems) are stored only on your device. Deleting the App removes this on-device data.
